Cannot access apps.

I was told to go to a dealer... haven't yet
I was as well, went and it started acting fine, was told to come back if it did it again, didnt make it 5 minutes down the road and it came back, so i took it back to them, and they pretty much just said wait for an update. Or replace the stereo which probably wont fix it either. Would be nice if @RamCares would atleast say if theyre onto an update or something on it lol.

That's why I haven't gone to the dealer... no point. I don't even use the apps since it doesn't work, I'm not sure what I'm missing... honesty question, what am I missing?

Mine hasnt worked very often so not sure myself as i havent went over all the options the apps section has, But stuff you paid for that dont work lol. Also have problems with the steering wheel controls skipping stations on xm and tom tom crashes, but theyre not as common. I still love the truck, but we are plenty far enough into the uconnect 5 to start comming up with the fixes, maybe im wrong.

A couple of updates related to Uconnect symptoms have been released, so we would be happy to research if they apply to your vehicle for you. Feel welcome to send us a PM with your VIN, mileage, and a screenshot of your current software level for further assistance. If you need to locate your software information, you can select your Apps icon to select Vehicle Settings, then press System Information to access the Radio Part/Version information. We're specifically looking to confirm the software/application version.
