Can someone w a Level 3 PW post your payload?

Was that stripped out PW one of the tradesmans with the PW package?
I'm not sure... I just spent a few days going through Cargurus and copying and pasting into the various URL/sites without discriminating too much... Could very well be, but I also wanted bells and whistles so, a stripped one wouldn't have been my choice to look at but simply to establish a parameter. I did see a couple of tricked out ones in the 1200 range fully tricked out. Ramboxes, utility packages and sunroofs. OH, and my main requirement was the five passenger (console) version. Used to be few and far between but less so as time has gone on from the fourth quarter of last year.

You can swap out the stock rear springs for springs from Carli or Thuren, either of which will bump your payload capacity back up to 2000 lbs on the PW. Those springs are actually a softer spring that replaces the standard 2500 spring to soften its ride while for the PW it is a little stiffer but increases actual payload (non-sticker of course).
This swap is in my future plans; lots of owners out there have done it.
They might in reality increase the payload, might being the key point, but legally if you have an accident that can be associated with going over the listed payload, it won't matter to a court of law...

Here is the info for a fully loaded PW: Ramboxes, sunroof, L3, and more. 988 Payload and 9470 towing.

My Jeep Renegade with the tow package has 1000 lbs payload. That Power Wagon is designed to do the most arduous trails in like Moab, and look good doing it no doubt, but not tow stuff.

So my PW has all options except for the sunroof. L3, Ramboxes, beadlocks/sliders and my payload is only 1039 lbs. Kind of concerning. Hoping to replace the springs to increase my payload a little bit.Screenshot_20220806-224829_Chrome.jpg

Not to throw a stick in the spokes but no they will not have chance in hell winning if you are under the axle weights

Don't worry. The PW will be stuffing bump stops HARD before ever approaching the rated axle weights. Probably lifting the front wheels off the ground too :D (I kid I kid. Carry on)
