Bump-tick sound

I just noticed a “bump—-tick” sound coming from the driver side of the motor it seems like. Doesn’t sound like lifter because it doesn’t happen often enough and it’s definitely not a knock, I can try to get a video for sound but idk if it’ll pick it up.

I can only hear it outside of the truck and only has 80k miles

I had to put it on YouTube to upload, I put high idle on and it didn’t seem to change the consistency of it. I was leaning towards injector tick but I’d think it’d go faster if it was, also not from def system…

Have you had the TSB done for a/c alignment?
