On my previous HD trucks I installed Cloud Rider stainless grill inserts (holes for airflow). Into the lower portions of my bumpers. Since the intercooler is there I’d like to prevent it from being damaged. Has anyone else installed such?

CRToney the stainless looks great. I have been looking for a screen on the inside for the upper and lower aswell.

I saw these on a Trucks TV show. This might fit your wants and I think you can get a couple of different designs as far as the hole shapes.
