Is there a way to increase the brightness of what the Backup camera is displaying from behind the truck on my 8.4 system w/o Nav.

On our 2015 Lexus ES300 series there is a way to adjust contrast and brightness for both daytime and night.

I haven’t found a means to make this type adjustment in my 2020 Ram 2500 Bighorn level one.

I have already changed my reverse lights to 7440 LEDs Zevo‘s.

The brightness dial next to the headlight switch should adjust the screen brightness when the headlights are on. At least it does on my 21 3500.

I tried turning the dials and it didn’t do anything except make the dash lights brighter.

There is no adjustment for the camera. I always switch it to the backup camera instead of the split view with the 360 view....picture seems better.

Just for this reason I installed backup lights in the back

I have Rigid pods in the rear bumper... they are too bright for the camera....

Looks like those are +4000 lumens I wonder if lights with something like 1100 lumens would be okay.

Probably would be better with a lower lumens light, I was looking more for light when hooking up trailers at night etc...

I had another issue which is kinda the opposite when backing my trailer (flatbed) up the other night.

My reverse lights were causing a glare when hitting my trailer toolbox.

I wonder if I add lights in my bumper if they will have the same issue?
