*Breaking News* 2025 Orders from MARK DODGE **

@AnthonyRI
The Vinyl Floor option just popped back up online. Is it actually available again? If so, are you able to order a Big Horn Level 2 with it? So, you'd get the center console, heated seats, and vinyl? The website says you can but...

I would 110% recommend this option to everyone if so. The carpet is an absolute nightmare to keep clean.

i saw that also and agree with ya

@AnthonyRI,

I know you don’t do Cab Chassis, however any help appreciated.

Went to order a 3500 CC, DRW, Big Horn, Laramie Group Trim with Safety Group.

Dealer said the Saftey Group was not available with Laramie Group according to his system.

He could order the safety group with Big Horn level 2. Not the specification I want.

Is this true?

Thank you for your time.

au contraire bonjour......

We do indeed order CC, just only through 3500 size we can't do 4500/5500

Email me your full desired build to [email protected] and we'll get it squared up. we can normally discount these pretty well, better than regular HDs on average.

Good to know!

Email sent,

Thanks again for the help.

A couple of pages back, there were a few posts about a 2026 announcement on or around June 6th. Did anything come of that?

Nothing from Ram but Mark Dodge posted this

I’m a newcomer to HD trucks, so I’m very curious what long time owners think. I’m very eager to buy a new 3500 and have researched how I’d like to have it configured. I know this means I’ll need to place a factory order to get what I want and then wait for it to be built, much like many people on this site. But I’m starting to feel like my configuration will not be available before RAM closes out the year’s orders (speculated to be in only 2 weeks!). Is this at all typical for RAM or just a weird year due to the backlog of 2024s? Should I hold out hope for 2026? In comparison, I’ve made factory orders with different companies (Chevy, Jeep, BMW) for over 40 years and I’ve never seen an option or color not available or run out. Is there something unique that I don’t understand about an HD truck that makes it logical to slowly roll out trim levels, options, and colors?
The '25 truck was a mid-model-year launch, which is typical of major emissions-related change years which are based on calendar years . Some of these end up having a ".5" suffix to note an engine change but carryover body (2003.5, 2007.5), but others with major truck changes just end up coming out late (2019, 2025). That means the next model year comes up quickly, which is what happened here.

I don't understand carpet in a vehicle, period. None of the custom trucks I build get carpet. Show me a tractor or an excavator or any other wheeled machine with carpet on the floor. All it does is get wet and hold moisture against your floor to eventually rot it out. What do people do with their carpet? They buy.... FLOOR MATS to cover the carpet up. Doh! How about just don't have it in the first place since all we want to do is cover it up to protect it.
But...carpet's so soft and cozy!

Ironically enough, the only vehicle I've owned whose floor has rusted out was my '98 Chevy C1500 with a rubber floor. Water drained through the door into the sill, then overflowed into the floorboard where the pad under the floor soaked it up made a hole from the inside out. It was also stiff and bunched up like crazy at the firewall. At least with carpet, you know that the floor's getting wet because it soaks through to above. Vinyl/rubber just traps it underneath and hides it from view.

Daaaang... this would've been a great reason to wait to order a 26. Wonder why 25's aren't covered when they're the same trucks?
I'd be more impressed if they kept the standard warranty how it is but offered a lifetime warranty on the emissions equipment.

One thing I have noticed is that no one is saying/claiming this new warranty applies to the Cummins
It's called out in the details on Ram's site:

Diesel Engine: Cylinder block and all internal parts; cylinder head assemblies; core plugs; fuel injection pump and injectors; intake and exhaust manifolds; oil pan; oil pump; timing gear drive belts and/or chains and cover; turbocharger housing and internal parts; valve covers; water pump and housing; seals and gaskets for listed components; and glow plugs and all sensors.

AH64ID showed me proof the Cummins was covered, IMO we should not have to hunt for information that should have been include in the first place...

@AnthonyRI is it still just until September take delivery or all 26MY. YouTube seems to omit this.
It is not listed on the Monroney sticker, because it is a program for original buyer only. Therefore, like any other program, it MUST have an expiration date. Even the military, first responder, affiliate, etc all have expiration dates that just get refreshed with each model year and/or expiration as necessary.
