Only Laramie and below can get Hemi. Diesel only for Limited and Longhorns.... been that way for a year or more now.

For the last several years Laramie and above were only available with diesel. According to the order guide you can get Laramie and above with Hemi but I haven't heard of anyone actually being able to order one. As far as I know the ordering system hasn't been opened up to allowing Hemis in Laramies and above.

I ordered a 3500 Laramie with Hemi last month. But I don't think you can build anything in a higher trim with Hemi. I know in 2024 you couldn't get a hemi with the laramie... that's part of the reason I'm glad I couldn't get a new truck last year. The column shifter w/hemi was the icing on the cake... Now if I could just get mine built :rolleyes:

Yea, I might be mistaken about trim levels above Laramie. I know when I ordered my 2024 Big Horn I couldn't get a Laramie with a Hemi. I would have ordered a Laramie if they had let me.

My dealer was able to get their hands on one with Stellantis’s help. It didn’t fix the issue though. Turns out, someone else had their truck fixed for the same problems after the engineers went and looked at it at a different dealership. It was the brake control on the dash not the module that was causing the issue…. Hopefully my dealership gets my part tomorrow. Supposed to be pulling from Indiana to the Grand Canyon leaving next week with the camper. Otherwise, the truck is awesome!

I can report back that the trailer brake switch under the radio was the issue and the replacement fixed it!

The Vinyl Floor option just popped back up online. Is it actually available again? If so, are you able to order a Big Horn Level 2 with it? So, you'd get the center console, heated seats, and vinyl? The website says you can but...

I would 110% recommend this option to everyone if so. The carpet is an absolute nightmare to keep clean.

I wish carpet delete was a thing for Laramie. But then again, I wish I could get a single cab in a Laramie.

I don't understand carpet in a vehicle, period. None of the custom trucks I build get carpet. Show me a tractor or an excavator or any other wheeled machine with carpet on the floor. All it does is get wet and hold moisture against your floor to eventually rot it out. What do people do with their carpet? They buy.... FLOOR MATS to cover the carpet up. Doh! How about just don't have it in the first place since all we want to do is cover it up to protect it.

It says that it is and looks like it is but last time I ordered it looked the same too and was kicked back.
 
My truck shipped on April 19th. I am in Vermont so I am wonder if it will go through Rhode Island or Baltimore to get to me? I hope to have it before too long.

My guess is Rhode Island unless there maybe be a port in Maine? Your dealer can tell you
