Just Bought my first RAM 3 weeks ago , a brand new 2026 2500 REBEL beautiful truck!
BUT .Off the lot with a brutal vibration . Mostly in the seats , not so much shaking at wheel , mostly at higher speeds 90km/h - 120km/h sometimes subtle but sometimes literally shakes passenger seat violently when driving alone. Can feel it thru drivers seat as well.
Dealer Salesman- "Ahh we gonna make this right for you" Buddy
4 trips back to dealer complaining.
Rebalance all tires ahh they were all out 'Cant believe this from Factory'.. your good to go .. pick up again..no still vibrating
Air presssure ..no still.vibrating
Changed out 2 back Wheels/Rims with a new truck...found defect ..no still vibrating
Took another demo out. Owner - "this one is shaking worse than yours , you should be happy"
Owner - "Guess this is just how they drive" .. Furious!
Cant believe RAM would put out a brand new truck that drives this bad.

Anybody else have this issue ? Next step try ? Advise ? Anything ? Much Appreciated !!

It's not right
Bad tires.
Out of balance.
Out of alignment.
Motor mounts
Something in the drive line.

That's my guesses

I have not had those troubles with my turck. I have had tires BFGs that are not round a few times.

As a side note it is amazing to see another Dewey!!! Only met a few and good to see another.

That doesn't sound right at all. I haven't had a single odd vibration with mine. It's tires, wheels, bearings, driveshaft, or some other rotating assembly.

is this your first hd truck? because they bounce like they’re having a seizure over certain road conditions, including paved highways depending how the expansion cuts on the road are spaced.

Do you trade it in?

I was seriously considering a new Rebel 2500, but it's been hard to find definitive information regarding the differences in suspension between a regular Laramie or Limited. I thought, outside of the LSD and lockers on the rear and different shocks, the rest were mostly cosmetics. I figured it would ride pretty similar to the standard non-pw models and am trying to do research because there's none within 150 miles of me to test drive. If anything, I thought on-road/highway might be even smoother than a standard suspension, but it sounds like that's not the case?

I think the OP has some issues that need to be addressed, I don't think HD trucks are that more uncomfortable to drive vs a 1500 Ram with IFS. You will certainly notice a difference but nothing like what the OP is describing if everything is to spec. The Rebel has a HD truck suspension where the PW has a softer ride - and lower towing and payload capacity. The Rebel can come with the Diesel where the PW can not. PW is more suitable to off rad use as well.

I would take it down a known smooth road, should be a perfect ride. Once you start hitting bumps and potholes, the 2500 will be more pronounced than a 1500 for sure, but nothing like a 5500! I have not complaints with mine, even on rough roads...
