Hello to all, Its been a while. I have posted on this subject in the past but have just gotten around to getting a set of these mirrors. Installation was a breeze and the mirrors seem to be of decent quality. The one issue I have is the with the passenger side mirror. Mine are manual type. When folding the mirror out of the tow position back in to normal driving position, the arm to base pivot or hinge point is way looser than on the drivers side. There is noticeable play in the connection. If I lift up on the mirror arm it will move not quite a 1/4 of an inch at the hinge point, that translates to almost double that at the end of the mirror arm. Its not like the thing is flopping around but there is very noticeable play and none at all in the drivers side. I contacted Boost's tech support and sent them a video. I was told that the play in the passenger side mirror was normal, that the driver and passenger side mirrors had different break away settings engineered into them. I'm not sure I buy this but I'm not an engineer nor do I play one on TV. If any one else has installed these, I'd to know if yours are the same as mine. The play seems excessive to me but if that's the way they are, I wont bother banging heads with this company. Thanks to all who take the time to read this.

I don’t know but I ordered a pair they come in tomorrow, but I ordered the power fold option I will let you know if there is a difference in those ones

I have looked at these over and over. The want is there, I just can’t pull the trigger on cost.

They got delayed, they come in today I will send some pics, hoping to install them on Wednesday.

I’ve been driving around for a few days and the mirrors seem fine. A very slight wobble at times on the passenger side when extended but I’m going to call it good . Best of luck with your mirrors.

Installed mine today, they have the power fold option. The driver side is good but the passenger side does not lock in place when it’s folded out. I called them and sent a video. They will be sending out a new set. Very easy to install 24E85489-DA06-4C73-B909-1B6602900BFE.jpeg0CE9DF49-6B1C-48F2-BA63-7B2ED6B1963D.jpeg

Glad they are taking care of you. I received an email from them today and they suggested I return my manual fold mirrors and pay the difference for the power fold models because the tolerances were tighter. ???? At this point I’m really just expressing my dissatisfaction with them. I know I’m not getting anything out of it but they emailed me and asked if I was satisfied so I told them. After contradicting emails from them I’m starting to feel like it’s hit or miss with them. I’m sure some people get mirrors with out problems and others don’t. Their warranty is worthless if they won’t honor it or say the sloppy fit is “normal “ again glad they are doing right by you.

Update… just found another email in my in box. Boost is now offering to replace my mirrors. Even an upgrade to power fold. They say they will pay shipping. I will call them tomorrow . Hopefully the next set are better.

Hope it works out for you they’re not cheap, I’m holding on to my factory ones for now. They are the same but not power fold. I think ram should make it standard. All my f250’s in the past have them, even in the lower trims.

I agree with them being standard. Several people have told me their trucks showed up with out them even though they ordered them. Went through the car wash yesterday and didn’t remember until I was already in the tunnel. The passenger mirror looked sketchy, it was moving around a lot . Drivers side not at all. Replacements are on the way. Please post how you make out with yours. Good luck.
