Black out rambox locks

Has anyone found a way way to black the locks out. Covers/plugs, paint, etc.?

Well if Dam Ram would switch to the same fifth gen stamping as the half ton guy’s get it wouldn’t be a problem. But I guess us HD owners are stuck with the big old chrome button from the trunk lid of a 50’s DeSoto.
Sorry for the rant but I have been looking at it for nine years and haven’t thought of a fix.

I also was thinking about this. I was wondering about a slim black rubber cover or something to slide over the lock/button, then could just easily take it off when needing to open. But not sure what it would look like
