I've been wanting to use the bedrail mounts that came with my 22 3500 (Rambox, same rails in non-rambox? ) to mount a few things but they have a stupid lip that sticks out most of the length of the rail that makes it kind of problematic. Could space it out with some parts but always wanted to just 3D print a part to make that work better... I think. Finally got a 3D printer yesterday and it was the first model I built from scratch. I have it set up to accept some t-nuts (have some on order) and once I get those I'll do another print with them embedded into the print and see how it works with some M8 bolts.

I think it should work pretty well, will have to do some load testing on them but this stuff seems pretty strong if you use the right material... For this one I'm going to have three of these which are 70mm long each for a fire extinguisher mount which should distribute the weight a bit and be a decent load test. I'll print some supports for the lower part of the extinguisher mount as well. But for smaller things these could be shorter than 70mm.

Anyone else try this? Thoughts?

Thanks for confirming. Do you know what it is actually for, which may explain why on Rambox and not on the others? Tonneau corner support maybe?

Not a clue likely an accessory system for bed dividers or other things
