I have the same one, no issues. I would love to find it's match for the right side....just to satisfy my OCD/feng shui view.

I found the cheapest one on eBay that looked like the factory step (and the linked ones). Works fine. I can’t imagine the oem being any different unless there’s a hardware difference. I do think I recall reusing one of the factory bolts instead of one of the supplied ones. I’ve been using it for over a year.

Same here. Only issue I had is I had to trim some of the plastic trim to get it closed all the way.
