So about a week ago I unfortunately I left an interior light on in my 2019 2500 Hemi Tradesman over night... I noticed it early the next morning and flipped off the light immediately... luckily the engine started right up and I let out a sigh of relief. However the next morning it struggled a little to turn over as I was leaving for work. Fast forward to today and the battery isn't holding up. On about 3 occasions this week it has failed to crank. Luckily I keep a DeWalt jump starter in my truck and was able to start it. It is weakest in the morning and I have had to jump it the past two days... I owned a '07 1500 Hemi and did most of the maintenance but the 2500 is a different beast I am learning. What would you guys recommend? Thankfully I learned a few days ago (before I tried to change the battery) that if the battery is disconnected on a 2019 (and newer models) the who electronic system takes a dump.... any advice is appreciated...

How old is the battery? If it is a factory battery, I know they don't have a very good reputation of lasting as long as they should.

My 19’ 6.4 tradesman sits for several days in a row to maybe a week or so without starting, just hit 30,000 miles and I bought it new. It still has the factory installed battery on it. It has never failed to crank but I have noticed here recently it sounds weaker and takes a second or two longer to crank over. I’ll probably replace it before the temperature drops this winter if it last that long. May just be that time for you too.

Not sure, bought the truck used back in July. Can't see the manufacture date stamp. Battery has a protective "blanket" around it... Possibly original

What brand is it. No one usually gets OEM replacement

Battery replacement from the Ramblin Man.

You probably are due a new battery. Anything that don't work after the swap should come back online after a few start cycles if not the first time. I disconnected the battery on my 2023 recently while I installed some stuff. No problems came from it.
