Anyone remove back seat and build a storage cabinet?

I have not but I know goose gear offers a pretty great "plug and play" option, a bit spendy but I hear great things (https://www.goose-gear.com/collecti...h-gen-2019-present-crew-cab-rear-seat-deletes)

If I didn't have the full rear bench (tradesman) I'd be very interested in getting the drivers side 40% storage unit.

You may be able to find a split bench for sale from someone who has removed them for one reason or another, or perhaps from a salvage yard.
