@mbarber84 the lack of a decimal point on the Banks iDash means that it’s rounding up and 100% will show at less than 100%, this happened on my CTS3 until I added a decimal point. Now as it hits 100.0% it goes into regen.
You made it to ~24 hours, but barely. Bouncing around means the PID is being driving by soot loading. 93% is 22:19, so how long did it take from that 93% reading to go into regen?
The data you saw at initial active regen does indicate time based.
16% after being shut down for 2 hours tells me you either didn’t get a great active regen, or you have a lot of ash buildup in the DPF, or …. Software/sensor issues. You do have more miles than me, but I often see single digits after the first shutdown.
