Has anybody installed the Bilstein front coil lift with their shocks on all 4 corners? Looking for some real reviews.

Yes, have had the kit installed for about 3 years now and no complaints. Drives great and would use it again. Don't think you can go wrong with any of the top names, Bilstein, Carli, Thuren.

How is the ride compared to stock?

I would say it's better then stock but it's been a long time since I installed it and I am running larger tires which helps as well. I have no regrets going with this kit.

That's great! Thank you

What size tire are you members running with this leveling kit? I'm thinking about a 35 or a metric that measures around 35.5.

I'm running a 305/70-18 which is a 35.1 x 12.5. No rubbing using a 18x9 +18 offset wheel

I recently installed the Bilstein leveling kit with all four 5100 shocks. I can say that the ride is slightly better but nothing significant. I did have the off road package with the 4600s so it might be more noticeable if you don't have it.

I'm running Nitto Recon Grapplers 35x11.5-20

Here is mine. 2.3" bilstein level in front, 1" spacer in rear to bring a little bit of the rake back. 305/70-18 tires, 18x9 +18 offset wheels.

Did the 2.3" Bilstein level your mega cab? Reading the Thuren tech info it says to use their 2.75" for the mega cab since it is heavier then the regular crew cab. I'm so confused!

Pretty much. It was too level for me so I added a 1" spacer in the rear. Yes the mega is a couple hundred pounds heavier but it's not a lot. Also the weight is some what rear biased. 2.75 will level it but it will appear nose high due to the lines of the truck in my opinion.
