Any one else attempting lemon law

<div class="bbWrapper">Successfully Lemon Lawed an &#039;04 Chevy. Rules vary state to state. It took a while to reach the end point, and they will try to wear you down. In the end, even with all the aggravation, it felt good to ram that Silverado up GM&#039;s ass.</div>

So i guess it really does vary dealer to dealer and in which state</div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">I threatened to lemon law my 2018 2500. But FCA offered me a vehicle replacement before I got to that point.</div>

So I had it towed into the dealer. It took them over 60 days to diagnose the issue, and perform the engine replacement. I had a 2018 2500 with Cummins.</div>

Lemon law is extremely cut and dry. You either qualify or you don’t. In N.C. it’s 3 trips to the dealer for the same issue or if they keep your truck more then 20 business days within a 12 month period. All I did was call FCA and threaten lemon law and they offered me a new truck. Maybe try that first. Save yourself some time, and energy dealing with a lawyer.</div>

Said member also had some incriminating dashcam evidence of the crappy dealer tech treatment received.</div>
 
<div class="bbWrapper">The lemon law is very simple. As stated above each state is different. In Pa it is 3 attempts to fix the same problem or 30 days out of service. I used it for my 2017 2500 ram and now using it for my 2022 sw 3500 ram.<br /> I used National Center for Dispute Settlements (NCDS). Just fill out the form or do it online and you hear back in a few says of them receiving the complaint form. <br /> In 2017 i did in person hearing but the Attorney for FCA was on the phone. They try to beat you up and intimidate you, and convince you it&#039;s all your fault. Well that didn&#039;t work.<br /> I ordered an 2018 sw 3500 and had no major problems until i started towing a 5th wheel trailer. Kept getting a trailer brake disconnected. They couldn&#039;t find the problem so ordered a new 2022.<br /> Waited 4 months and took delivery in April 22. Nothing but problems with the radio. My dealer calls it a radio from hell. No need to go into detail sure there are a lot of threads on that issue.<br /> I have met the threshold of 3 repair attempts and i am 29 days out of service with an appointment for end of Nov that will make it 30 days. Yes it is STILL NOT FIXED. <br /> So i will be ordering a 23 real soon and appreciate all the info on the discount dealers around the country. (other threads) Md or Va are the closest for me. <br /> Anybody have contact names for these locations?<br /> <br /> If you have any questions on the LEMON LAW i will try to answer, i do not provide legal advice as i am not an Attorney.</div>

So i disagree i don&#039;t think they have all figured out. <br /> <br /> if i help just one person by pointing them in the right direction, then this forum has done it&#039;s job.<br /> <br /> As for the old style trailer plug, i wish i had figured that out, as i would not have bought a new truck.</div>
