Another mystery plug/wires

My only guess is they were removed from some 2022 packages because of parts shortages.

Are they on both gas and diesel HDs?

Are you talking about the plugs @Jimmy07 commented on, or the blunt cut wires shown by the OP? The plow wires shown are not the same as the 21+ blunt cut pass through wires.

I’m talking about getting to the other end of the wires by the BCM under the dash.

Fakra connector. Looks like it has a plug in it (blue part), and as Jimmy said, it's for the tow mode camera if you had DRVM.

The blue insert is a dummy. Same as where the connection would be coming out of the bumper.
