I think you have the connectors in the wrong blocks. Based on the Kaodtech install pdf, the single row CAN block is identified as '2' on step 3 of the pdf and the double block is '1' on the pdf.
Then in step 4 says for RAM 2500/3500, if your bypass has 1 white/1 black connector, the white connector goes to CAN block 1 (double row) and the black goes into CAN block 2 (single row).
Then in step 4 says for RAM 2500/3500, if your bypass has 1 white/1 black connector, the white connector goes to CAN block 1 (double row) and the black goes into CAN block 2 (single row).
