Anyone here using Air Purifier to somehow clean their respective trucks? My wife bought this https://www.ramsareus.com/sku/1fa49403aa.html so we can be "safe" from Covid. I don't know but I think it's just hype marketing. Any thoughts?

It’s just a HEPA filter, ‘22 Rams now have PM2.5 Filters standard. Essentially the same thing as n95’s. Land Rover’s and other Euro/Asian cars use them a lot. They are kinda marketing but they do actually work. As for that Phillips, the principal is there. I’m in Aviation and my dad is in medicine, so I know HEPA filters work to at least some extent, Covid included.

If not mistaken, only the 1500s get the new “N95 bio filter.” Any confirmed reports on HDs?
I just changed the cabin filter on my '19 and it looked to be a simple filter card like all my previous Dodge's, nothing special about it.

No it seals in the flavor
Flavor so strong you can taste it.
I wonder how that aftermarket filter system would work for those with allergies. I know someone who could use that.

I bet this helps if you have allergies. I am all in favor of air filters in cars and trucks and the factory provided cabin filter does an admirable job IMO. I replace mine often and use aftermarket charcoal-activated filter elements, which def help with odors (it was the dog’s fault). I don’t have allergies but if I did I would try to find a HEPA option.
RE Covid, research says filtration definitely helps but I would not put all of my rocks in that basket.
That's what the window lock button is for.

I threw my Cabin air filter out the blower fan works better without it… i have not had a cabin air filter in anyother vehicle i have owned i dont see a point in putting a new one since the old one was plugged

Been putting charcoal cabin filters in all vehicles that have a cabin filter... they have all helped significantly with my wife's allergies minimizing incoming allergens.
If there was something better I'd put that in the as well...
