Hello, I’m in the process of potentially buying a 2024 2500 Laramie. What is your advice and what issues have you run into?

Anything helps but any current ‘24 owners that are noticing problems?

It will be helpful to know if you're looking at gas or Diesel as well as how you plan to use the truck.

I’ll be using the truck mainly for non-towing initially. In the next couple years hoping to get a travel trailer(not sure of the size or anything) and I also use the truck for work around the property, thanks!

Diesel or gas? City driving or country roads or highway or mixture? Miles per year? Vicinity helps too.

Check all the fluids before leaving the dealer . They are very costly. My rear differential was 2 quarts low.

Hi , this is my 2 ram diesel and both trucks were low on fluids from the factory. Oil was ok but the front and rear diff and transfer case and transmission was low. I guess I am OCD but I like knowing the fluids are at the upper levels. Check them your self so you can be sure !

Just changed my rear diff w amsoil 75w-85w 2022 2500 6.7 LSD. I checked the fluid prior to drain and fill and it was over 1" low....there were no leaks. It is good advice to check fluid levels (front diff, transfer case) on any purchased Ram.
