So you have the AUX PDC also? All trucks come with plow prep wiring…
I made my own PDC for my plow lighting cost me 50$ instead of the 2500$ Fisher wanted for just the electrical
Yup i have the aux switches, if i didnt i would have put my plow PDC in the spot where the AUX PDC should beSo you have the AUX PDC also?
All CTD equipped 2019+ come with the aux PDC because the PTC cabin heater uses those three relays/fuses.So you have the AUX PDC also?
i need to add those, but for now Ill focus on getting this tank wired and setup correct.Yup i have the aux switches, if i didnt i would have put my plow PDC in the spot where the AUX PDC should be
Makes sense… i didnt know we had one, is it for heat before the engine warms up?All CTD equipped 2019+ come with the aux PDC because the PTC cabin heater uses those three relays/fuses.

Awesome, i did notice the cab warmed up much faster than it should, i thought they may have one but never looked in to it
my Daily driver, a 2000 VW TDI manual, warms up about 15 minutes into my 20 minute commuteAwesome, i did notice the cab warmed up much faster than it should, i thought they may have one but never looked in to it
No need for a fuel heater and im in northern canadamy Daily driver, a 2000 VW TDI manual, warms up about 15 minutes into my 20 minute commutebut it gets almost 70mpg.
so... should I install a fuel heater for my aux tank? nah, I live in the south and not planning on winter camping up north...
Didn't think so... Just saw circuits to activateNo need for a fuel heater and im in northern canada
Those circuits are already active on all CTD Rams. They all have two fuel heaters active regardless of tanks or chassis configuration. One is for the rear fuel filter, and one is for the front filter in the engine bay.Didn't think so... Just saw circuits to activate
Awesome also pictures would be great to make this a DIY threadSo... a small update, still working on the project, installed fuel sender in my aux tank, waiting on fuel pump, filters, water separator, and connectors needed for the wiring.
Will do!Awesome also pictures would be great to make this a DIY thread
