Adding Fog Lights

I have a 2020 RAM 2500 Big Horn 4X4, it doid not come with fog lights and I want to add them. the light switch shows has the fog light push buttom, my question is does the factory harness have the fog light end for a plug and play for factory fog lights or do I have to rewire and add a switch, (which I would prefere not to do)?

My 2020 Ram Tradesman did not come with fog lights the light switch is push button but it turns the cab bed light on and off. I added fog lights and used Auxbeam for wiring and switch. Truck was not wired for fog lights from the factory.

Many threads on here to add the OEM Fog lamps. I added the OEM LED fogs to mine with help from this forum!
