Adding features to a 2023 ram 2500 bcm/ rewriting a bcm

I have a 2023 ram 2500 Laramie 6.7L. I'm rebuilding the truck and had to replace all the wiring harness in the cab and frame. Bought the exact truck 2023 ram 2500 Laramie 6.7 for parts. the parts truck had a few more options that i would like to add to existing truck. Called dealership and scan companies. They wont can do it. Was wondering if its possible to add features to existing bcm. Or change all modules from parts truck to existing truck and rewrite vin to match trucks ecm so everything communicates. Kind of stuck now.
