Adding Cargo Camera

I just got my 2022 3500 Laramie in last week and am pretty happy with it.
It's got the 12" display, digital rear-view mirror and wired trailer camera.
I just realized that the cargo cam does not work. The dealer told me that since I got the trailer cam, I can't have the cargo cam.

Is there a way to add the cargo cam? Even if it was possible to add a Y- cable.
 
Yes, you'll have to run the wires to the radio and reach out to Jimmy to get a cable to plug into your stereo

My wife thinks I only have 3 guns

Yes the cargo camera shows up on the 12" display. The single trailer camera shows up in your rear view mirror when attached/ enabled

Jimmy questioned me so I looked closer and there's not a cargo cam on my truck. Just looks like one from a distance. Hoping there's a way to add it.
 
Jimmy helped me figure out connectors and camera needed to this project, hoping to see all the parts soon.
Has anyone else had to route wires between the CHMSL and the radio?
Hoping it’s possible to somehow do this without messing up the interior of my new truck!
 
Infotainment.com has a video on routing the wires. I am also exploring this option and watched the video. Looks pretty simple. Clean hands when messing with the headliner. Maybe I should hit up jimmy07 for a harness as well. He’s been invaluable in adding passive entry and limited version headlights fully functional as oem.

Did you purchase the needed wiring, connectors, and camera from Jimmy? Is the camera OEM?
 
Jimmy isn’t interested in making this harness but he helped me figure out which parts I need.

TE Connectivity 2272196-2 (need 3 of these)

Do you know which settings in Alfa obd to turn on to activate the camera and leds?
