adding a computer screen with music, navigation etc

I am not sure if this is the right forum for this. I have a 2015 Ram 2500 Laramie with no bells and whistles. Is there the option of adding a computer for Navigation, music, usb for a thumb drive with music or bluetooth.
This truck must be an entry level model as it only has the coolant temp on the dash no oil info at all. I did not get a owners manual so still trying to figure out if i can see the oil info from a different screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated :cool: Regards, Joe

This does not sounds like a Laramie model. Are you sure it is not a Trademan or SLT? Laramie models have most, if not all the features you are listing.

Go to this site and type your vin at the end after ?vin=. It will produce the window sticker showing you exactly what you have.
