Added the steering stabilizer to the Carli 2.5” kit i installed last weekend. Made a huge difference over stock with 12.5” wide tires. Now just waiting on flares to come back from paint shop and black led headlights.

Nice addition I have been running mine for about 2 years with 2.5 leveling kit and there track bar. Definitely helps with 37x12.50r20
Was pretty shocked how instant that thing helped out. I may do 37’s next time. Was worried about mog and towing.

At 80 mph i can let off the steering wheel and it tracks straight as an arrow. At slow speeds there was a lot of “feedback” in the steering wheel. Small bumps and cracks in the road are no longer felt. It rides better than stock now with the bigger tires. The tires i got have a natural pull. This eliminated it.

Gotcha thanks. I don’t seem to have any of those issues but if I notice them, I know a solution now.

Plus CJC provides recommendations on a specific pressure for certain tire brand sizes..I beleive stock it's 250 psi nitrogen but car be adjusted by releasing pressure..
And I agree a very direct feel over stock

It may be a bit hard to describe but it was an instantly smoother feeling over stock. You can fine tune it to your truck and it dials in. Cjc offroad has a couple good videos describing it way better than me. I had about 500 miles on tire swap prior to adding it. Not a ton but enough to see a difference.

How much of an improvement is this over the stock one with just stock tires on a 3500 DRW?

Mine is a srw 2500 so i cant answer that. I can say with mine jumping from stock (10.5”) wide to 12.5” wide tires it was pretty instant in how it felt. Im not sure if you look at Carli’s or cjc offroad’s site they may have specific info to the drw.

Resurrecting this thread, what PSI has everyone found to work best for their set up. I know it will vary but a better ball park of 70"-200" is pretty broad

I would check with CJC off-road since they provide recommendations since certain tires can effect this so a certain pressure is recommended..
