Why Yes I do expect a manager to know or have a sheet on hand for them to look at to see what they sell at any time of the year if they use different amounts during the year, heck last May I had a clerk at a station in the middle of KS that knew they had a sheet on hand so they could let customers know how much Bio was mixed in at any time of the year if they inquired like I did, but then I did forget I am on the left coast with progressive socials workers who don't know how to work just hold out the hand for a check & protest...

You are severely over estimating the competency of someone whose skill set has led them to the gas station service industry.
