You are very lucky. I have checked about 18 trucks and all do it. The most noticeable is when you put it in foot only it sends about half the air up to the defrost and less as you blend through the other modes. I wish I could see what's different on your truck lol. A friend just checked a 2020 1500 and is doing it.

I just bought a 2022 DT 1500 Limited same issue along with others here in Queensland Australia and RAM AUSTRALIA want nothing to do with it apparently they are ADR APROVED end of story. I have the email..

That's the issue, it's when in a humid climate. I am in central Florida and every evening is rough on this issue

Thats exactly right our climate is high humidity and we have the same issue the demister vents DONT CLOSE

Can’t say I have ever put it in foot only. I can try that specific mode and see next drive.

2022 DT 1500 also the same in Australia
