A few questions on how to do some things in the Uconnect 5 with 12 inch screen

I've got my system mostly set up the way I want it but have some questions about how to do some things or if they are possible.

I use my truck with my slide in camper. I've added the Pitch/Roll gage widget to one of my Home screen pages and like to use it to get as level as possible when parking. However when I shift into reverse the view gets replaced with the camera view and I can't figure out a way to get the Home page back without taking the truck out of reverse. Is there a way to retain the Home page view when in reverse?

I need to disable the Blind Spot monitoring when I install the camper otherwise I will get an error message saying to clean the tail light, beeping, and the triangle in the mirror is lit. I haven't figured out a way to make a shortcut directly to that setting to disable it. I have to go through the vehicle settings menu. Is there a way to make a direct shortcut to the setting or perhaps tie it to the rear parksense switch which also needs to be turned of when the camper is on?

Sometimes I get a feature not available while driving message when I try to return to the Android Auto page after I've left it to view something else. I have to cancel and try again, sometimes multiple times before I can get it back. Is there a way to avoid this other than not leaving the Android Auto page?

I know the Android Auto page can't be displayed in full screen (this is annoying) however I'd like to make the best use of the remaining real estate. I'd like to split the lower half of the page into two parts with the Now Playing widget on the left and a shortcut widget on the right. I can make that type of layout on the Home pages but I haven't figured out to do it on the Android Auto page. Is this possible?

Thanks for any help.

Thought I'd give this a bump.

Another annoying thing I've noticed is that sometimes when I try to select an item on the touch screen it thinks I want to move the icon (or whole section of icons) instead of selecting the item. Is there a way to lock-out moving icons so that it knows that I want to select the item?

Unfortunately, no. The software is written poorly and the timing to move an icon or save a preset is way, WAY too short. I frequently have a problem with quickly tapping a radio/XM station preset, and the radio ends up making a new preset. Moving an icon or saving a preset should take, press and hold, 5 seconds, but their timing is like 1 second. Crazy to think such a basic UI function is coded wrong.

Is there a way to display the truck (not trailer) tire pressures on the infotainment screen? I know I can do it on the instrument cluster but it would be nice to have a shortcut or widget on the infotainment screen to see them.
