I have a 2019 2500HD Tradesman, My A/C was really lousy. So I had the system evacuated and recharged. The A/C tech said that the system only had about a 2/3s charge from the factory, No leaks either. Now the system performs much better. Not as good as the 2011 Laramie that I just sold, but much better. Now I can move on to another issue. Still love the Rams.

They really need to issue a TSB on this for any owner complaints. Evacuate, pull down leak test, recharge and add oil.

Oh no. Friend of mine owns an repair facility. I doubt the dealer would be that accommodating.

You're right.... they won't do anything because it is 'within spec'... just clarifying is all...
Wonder how FCA would feel if you sent them a bill for this... lol
