I haven’t seen mention of this little divider at the bottom of the center console so I thought I’d ask. The first pic has the divider in the up position.
These must be some legends in the Dodge Ram world but I’m not familiar enough with the lineage to identify the models. A nice little hidden discussion starter. Ideas on the models?

I don't think the left truck is a first gen. Frist gen was 75 years ago, so that would make it a 1946. That looks more like a 60's era truck.

First Gen for Ram is considered 1981-1993. Not sure why. Maybe the others were just called Dodge Truck with the letter series attached to them?

That’s the most helpful bit for me. I am still learning (as a past Ford guy). I looked up Ram generations and can see the progression by year group. Thanks!

Prior to 1981, the trucks were simply Dodge, Not Dodge Ram.

P.S. Further proof that HD trucks are not yet "5th Gen" as represented on lesser forums. LOL

But we are talking about the Power Wagon. Specially a 75th anniversary edition, as the thread title states.

The 1946 was called a Power Wagon. Not sure when they started using the word again.

I'm a old Chevy truck guy from way back. Moved to Ford trucks a few years ago. Have owned a Nissan and Toyota truck before. Even a Subaru Brat way back in the early 80's. This will be my first Dodge/Ram truck.

Yes but those Easter Eggs are on all the trucks, not just the Power Wagon

As stated, they dropped the name until 2005.

There was no 2nd Gen Power Wagon, so the presence of the 2nd Gen truck image makes it not specific to the Power Wagon.

Thanks for all the updates and directions. I believe I cracked the code, I could be off but I think I’m onto something. The first truck seems to be a 1981 Dodge Power Ram, the first year for the Power Ram and the year the Power Wagon name was discontinued. I believe the second truck is the 1994 Dodge Ram 2500, the first year of the new body style with the new big-rig front end. The third truck is the 2005 Power Wagon, first year the Power Wagon name is reintroduced. The fourth truck is the 2010 Ram Power Wagon, the first year Ram separated from Dodge.
That’s my story… for now.

Google says power wagon name was 1945 to 1980.
Then again in 2005.
The Ram name started in 1981. In 2010 the truck became Ram, and Dodge went to just making cars.
