6.7 Cummins running hotter with AC off

2021 Ram 2500 6.7 that runs hotter with AC off. I'm thinking it's probably the fan clutch going bad but wanted to get input from others here that might have experienced this. The temperature difference is significant, consistently running 15 degrees hotter with the AC off.

Are you talking around town or on the highway? I'm a commercial truck driver and while the AC is on, the engine fan will kick on frequently to cool off the condenser, which will in turn cool off the radiator.
