I have a 2022 ram 67 high output. It has a serious bog, especially when towing I was going a steep hill and my truck almost stalled. I recently purchased a pedal commander, but have to run it on the highest setting. It is way better, but still has a little dog.

It does seem to me to be a fuel pressure thing filter is current

I would measure fuel pressure. You could have a bad lift pump, plugged filters, or bad filters.
What fuel filters did you use?
