4% Under Invoice on any Retail order HD Ram Truck

For those who have ordered through granger, how long does it typically take to get a response to emails? It’s been two business days since I emailed my build to ram@granger and I haven’t heard anything back yet. When I went through this with their ford dealer last year I usually got responses within a few minutes to hours
Reach out to Zach through this forum. He will help. Call them direct tomorrow and don’t get off the phone until you get a DORA going. I double checked every option.

From what I understand, today was super busy. I have an order that's in KZR with them currently and I just finalized placing another order today. It took awhile to get it done but they got everything taken care of by the end of the day. Normally I get a response back within the hour or sooner from any email questions I have, even annoying ones about build status...

It can take a while. If you read back a few posts from yours, you'll see I was just complaining about the same thing. And that has mostly been my experience with them.

Finally got my order in today. I think I’m more excited about this order than I was when I first put the order in for the ford last year.

I agree. Never was a Ram fan, but after research, have become one. At least until it arrives, lol. I think it will be a great truck. Post some details in your sig or here on what you ordered.

I'm on my fifth order from Granger, soon to be 6th. Because of their aggressive pricing, they are fielding hundreds of emails. Additionally, given all the production and shipping delays, you have customers like myself, emailing to get an updated production or shipping confirmation. Currently, I'm stuck in kzld on my 3500 dually. I try to keep these factors in mind, if I don't get a lightning quick response.

As far as the transactions go, Zach and his crew are straightforward, transparent and follow through on their word.

Hello, First post here. I'm surprised to see the that there's not much activity on this thread. Zach's below invoice threads are very popular on the Fords sites. I ordered a '22 Ford SD through Granger last December and because of the CF that is Ford, it's still not scheduled to be built. Given all of the constraints, I have pretty significant doubts that it'll be built this year. Throughout this painful and frustrating process, Granger has been great and they have responded quickly to numerous whiny emails.

I originally debated between ordering a Ford and a Ram. I went with the Ford due to the 10spd and the 475HP from the PowerStroke. I'm hoping that the '23 Ram catches up a bit. If so (and the Ford doesn't get built), I'll be ordering a Ram through Granger as soon as the order banks open.

I originally ordered an f350 in Dec 2021. 6 weeks later, I switched my order to ram 3500 at the end of January. Glad I did, as I’ve been driving my new ram for a few months now! Order a 3500 HO and be done with it, that’ll get you closer to the 6.7 power stroke HP # if you’re worried about that. The ford is quick for sure! But my Cummins toes my 5th wheel amazing, and the interior is nicer than Ford IMO. Also, Granger was amazing to deal with. Good luck

I was a Ford Tremor order through Granger. Cancelled that in March moved my deposit and ordered my signature. Zach and the team are awesome. I appreciate all they have done. This forum is heavily a Mark Dodge when it comes to discounts. Both are great from what I have read. Granger is closer and will always be my choice. At least 2 others here also bailed on Ford and re-ordered through Zach's Ram dealership.

While it is still a faster build process, the shipping issues are creating much havoc for delivery. I know that Ford and GM are having the same issues. Ram is affected greatly as well. My build date is coming up quick. I would say mine was a bit slow in comparison to other builds. It is a complete random process, just like Ford and GM. But, on average Ram is doing a much better job overall in build times.

Again, wished I had switched in February when I first considered it! Ok, spill for those of us still waiting...any issues to be aware of with your Ram? I know you got the White/NE. Still happy with that combo? Believe it or not, I have only seen that combo in a newer model a couple of times, and they were driving past me. More crazy, I have not seen a Megacab anywhere out driving since my order. Not that far from KC, my town needs to get some bigger Rams out here. Glad you like it.

It's a Tremor that I've got on order, too. I got a quote on a Ram back in January. I wish that I had pulled the trigger on that. Ford just keeps stringing you along, thinking that you'll get scheduled.

I understand the everyone has their issues, but it does seem like Rams are being delivered a lot quicker, in general.

Shipping sounds like another nightmare, altogether. There's a least one Ford guy who's truck was built and ready to ship over 100 days ago and it still hasn't made it to Granger.

there are other threads about general msrp discussion, this one is only for this dealer.

I guess that I don't get your point. I replied to this thread because I was specifically talking about Granger.
QuattroCS means well. Like I said, this forum is different for Granger than on the other forums

Unfortunately with Ford's lack of production capabilities, we've ordered quite a few Rams.

Personally, I think they're both great trucks. Ram certainly has been able to keep up with production better.

We appreciate the opportunity to help here and give a great discount option to those who are willing to pickup in the Midwest.

Also, this is the last month to order 2022 HD trucks, around this time next month is the time to order 2023 Ram trucks.

To my untrained Ram eye, looks like NE Limited DRW, don’t know what NE Limited, don’t know what Chrome DRW. Nice. My build date is tomorrow(hope).

Looking forward to the trip home to see relatives and pick it up whenever that is. Could not happen soon enough.

KMA and Holy sh!t, it is a Sunday truck! That extra Hail Mary got it done. Now the real drinking begins...

@zach@granger do you happen to have any 2500 or 3500 crew cabs already in the lot or on their way? I need something before end of August for Burning Man
