4% Under Invoice on any Retail order HD Ram Truck

We've seen delivery times get a little bit better. With our most recent HD orders it looks like 4 months is the norm now. We have approximately 15 retail orders for HD rightnow and our oldest order is from August 19th with the rest being October/November.

Do you guys do 4% under on Durango’s?

Same here! Just picked her up a couple of days ago. In and out in all of 45 minutes, so it was pretty seamless. Unfortunately I had a mechanical issue as I was leaving the lot (pretty random on a new vehicle from the factory), but they they quickly got me into the service center and back on the road in a couple of hours (in time to make the long trip home to Colorado in the same day). Very pleased with the support I received from Amanda, Arin, and the rest of the Granger team.

P.S. If anyone is in the market for a TRX, hit up Granger Motors. I've never seen so many TRX's in one place at the same time before. If I weren't planning on doing some towing in the near future, that may have been me as well!
 
I too have an order in, as of today, with Granger. Everything said in this thread was as true as advertised. Looking forward to a trip to IA in the spring and a nice break-in drive home back to CA.

Whats the estimated wait time for a 3500 Mega Cab 4x4 Diesel Limited SRW with Night Package?
 
I am trying really hard to buy a truck from you guys but Amanda keeps shooting my builds down o_O Seems everything I want is only available with some other configuration that I don't want or is under some sort of ordering restriction. The build feature on the Ram site has to be the most enraging thing ever, between inaccurate MSRP and still showing packages that cannot be combined.

I think I have a winner though. We'll see tomorrow :)

Hello Zach, if you don't mind me asking, what truck do you drive? I see you are a Ford and FCA dealer. I am trying to decide between the two in a Crew 84" CA chassis cab 5500. I am interested in ordering one from you.

Never mind, looks like you do not have the ability to order 5500's.

Yes sorry we are not set up to do 5500s.

I drive a 2013 dodge Durango.

They are always about 2 months apart between the pricing on the build & price and updated pricing/configurations.

That's the most frustrating thing trying to build these Rams. You almost never get it in one shot.
 
A huge thanks to @zach@granger and his team for a great buying experience! Picked it up today, after some paperwork and a thorough inspection. Everything was perfect, especially after Andrew helped lower the tire psi. A special thanks to Amanda who kept me in the loop with the ordering and tracking! I will be buying here in the future! Highest regards!

Just got my quote back They are offering FWP pricing. Doesn't FWP = Invoice and its supposed to be 4% under that or am I misunderstanding?
