37X11.50 or 37X12.50 shoot holes in this plan

I have made a few decisions but I am getting hung up on 0 rub and rocks tearing up my paint.
The following Thuren parts will installed. 2" diesel Bilstein leveling kit with track bar & rear Bilsteins, Thuren sway bar. I am hoping this leaves me some rake.

Here is my hang up. My guy swears 37X11.50 won't rub with that set up on Night Edition wheels. This also limits me to only 4 tires. I think but can't confirm, I may have to heat and mold the rear of the front fender liner.

Or I can jump to 37X12.50 with new wheels. Everything I see says a +25 offset wheel will work. The most common offset I find is +20. Does anyone have some good pics +25 or +20 wheels? I have perused Custom offsets and can't get a clear idea of how much poke these leave on 37X12.50 tires. This size leaves me tons of options for tires. I will probably have to heat and bend the rear fender liner also. The biggest issue I have is with this scenario is a super clean looking wheel without fake beadlock that will be easy to clean and maintain. Can someone point me in the right direction for this? Must be Dark gray or black.
Wheels will be 20x9 if I am buying.

What is your budget for wheels? I have +25mm wheels but with 305/70r18 tires.

I guess the thought process goes like this..... $1800 alien radius arms plus shipping or wheels + TPMS modules and shipping
That looks like it would stick out on a Laramie without flares.

37x11.50r20 tires on stock wheels seems like a great option with alien arms AND high clearance front sway bar... the 12.50 tires are too wide for the stock 8" wide wheels, although people do it all the time!

I fully believe with the11.50s I wouldn't have to do any cutting. Heating and bending, YES! I wonder if that changes moving to the 12.50's on stock rims with radius arms. That would save me from buying fender flares LOL!
I really love my Toyo RT Trails but they don't offer them in 11.50. Sticking with major brands the 11.50's are only offered by Nitto (3 types), Yokohama(1 type), Falken (1 type)

I had 35x12.50r18s on stock wheels with +57mm offset, on my previous almost identical Ram. At full lock the tires touched the stock radius arms and were very close to the sway bar.

‘22 2500 with Night Pkg, 2” level, Bilstein 5100’s, Thuren frt sway bar, rubbed at full lock, Falken 37 X 11.50, super minor rub on arms at full lock, no trimming, probably have to trim with 12.50 on stock wheels IMG_6271.jpegIMG_6269.jpegIMG_6206.jpeg

Do the WildPeaks chunk every pebble at the fenders? I no longer run AT KO's because they chunked everything.
I have no problems with the tires picking up stones and chipping the fenders, keep in mind, these are 11.50's , so they do not stick out past the fender edges, take a good look at the pic's again and you can see the postion of the tires in the fenderwell
