It's the computer that controls that value. At least I think that is the case for 2014. My old 2003 did that according to Chrysler "to meet customer expectations". If you believe the computer then at idle that is not bad considering your temps. Your coolant temps seem somewhat high.

Over 200,000 miles! At idle that's not bad.
