I've had my truck 3 years (22 3500)and the radio presets still occasionally reset. It is the 8.4 non nav model radio. The last time they reset the uconnect disclaimer screen showed when I turned on the truck but I can't say if it has any connection to the presets resetting. I've had it to the dealer multiple times and they have not been able to reproduce the presets resetting. The uconnect version is 141. Does anyone have a solution to this yet?

Version 160 is current, it didn’t drop presets on my 22 non-nav.
You need have the dealer update it. Mine wouldn’t OTA update from 141, so the dealer did the 145 update and then later on an OTA update to 160 fixed all the issues.
Took it to the dealer and they said they couldn't recreate the issue and there are no updates currently so they can't do anything. After I got the message from the dealer I called ram uconnect and am now waiting to hear back from them. They said they will elevate my case to a supervisor because my truck is still sitting at the dealership.
