I would say it's probably only the 11.5. The only way to get the 12 on the 3500 is with the HO SRW or a DRW. I looked at some 2500 Laramie's; gas with 3.73 and 4.10, and diesel, all had the 11.5.
If you are looking at trucks and have the VIN, you can put it in on this website and get the build sheet.
FYI I found that my 2019 Megacab 2500 has an 11.5(measured the ring gear myself) but the diff cover bolt pattern and diff itself have changed. It is far enough off that the banks cover I ordered didn't work and the diff itself is not a torsen style like I've seen in previous gen. My build sheet calls out an "anti-spin" differential option. I'm hoping FCA is playing with words here and using ABS as a limited slip substitute.
