24 Cummins weird start on remote start?

lol, yeah. I did remote start with no AC as well and got the noise but a lot quieter so probably since I didn’t drive it the fan clutch wasn’t fully engaged or whatever idk. So stupid lol

A/C compressor…. Not your fan clutch, those sound very different.


Also, have you checked your settings for remote start comfort?

I did and it didn’t turn hvac system on in the second video because I checked and it was off

Are we all talking about the same noise? It’s the noise right at the end of video. It’s the noise right after it starts up. Sounds like the truck farts.

If the truck sits long enough the fan will be engaged with the ac on or not.

You may have other things to get checked out if your farts are ”clanky” or a ”racket”.
