2026 RAM HD Builds and Orders

Is this for the V8? I ordered my 26 V8 July 2nd and they yet to accept the order. (no VON). I ordered mine with the new canyon lake color and according to dealer they are waiting for color to be back online. Whatever that means.

After looking at this post and not understanding what color you were talking about, I finally googled it. Are you referring to the 2026 1500 Ram’s?
Yes, the 2026 Laramie. Order won’t be accepted

I'm not meaning to be rude, but you know this forum is "RAM HD," right? I don't think you'll find any Ram 1500 information in here. Especially since we are following what is happening at the Mexico plant. The 1500's are built in Detroit. I just didn't want the order tracking post to get off topic. Good luck on getting your new truck. I've heard some on proving grounds trucks running around with the new exhaust system the hemi comes with; it sounds pretty good.
Staying on topic, anyone getting updates on their builds ? … my 2026 rebel was status E with the note scheduled for paint a week ago, but no updates since then. No estimated ship date. Updates directly from the dealer computer cause I’m in Canada and the order tracking doesn’t seem to want to work for me

Week ago I had mine say in production but that is it. What that means, don’t know outside of it is probably in line to be made. So wait and see.

I’m finally in production. Tracking updated this morning and says “July 23rd”. Almost 4 months to the day after the original 2025 order. Let’s see if they can deliver in less than 4 months
Personally I would rather have the glove box space.
And today’s dealers computer updated status code JB, with the note “in system, shipped to body vendor” with estimated ship date 2025-07-21
If it wasn’t for the rock rails and mopar mats the truck might be on its way lol

With lag in the system like that, it’ll probably tell you it’s been delivered after you get the truck home lol
Honestly no complaints from me there … I ordered a 2025 back Feb 1st … waited so long they made her into a 2026 lol

I contacted dealer this morning about a question about a Tonneau cover and they are still looking into it. But they also said in the email that my truck is built even though my records have not stated it was completed for the build end of it. Just that it was in production. So exactly 25 days from the order till being built for my 2026 Limited Longhorn. Now we shall see when it ships and to the dealer.

spoke to my dealer today, they said shipment date August 9th. I’ll probably have the truck September .

How come you can order a '26 HD now and I can't even find a '26 to "build/price" on the Ram Trucks website?

Some of us ordered as 2025 models. Turns out you can order the new model years through the dealer before the site it up and running. I realized this in January 2025 after the auto show when the dealer told me that the 2025’s could have ordered in November 2024. Back the we hadn’t seen anything but that teaser that came out in September.
