2025 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

Think I’ve figured out what’s happening. Trucks getting pumped out of Mexico as quickly as possible to avoid paying for tariffs. Then they have a large stock waiting for shipment in the US. As long as they cross the border I don’t think they are in a huge rush after. Just my opinion.
Good point. I would think the Dealers would be pissed about that since they would like to get paid

I’d think so. If they weren’t playing the games and waiting till March to release them initially they probably wouldn’t be getting bent.

Got my window sticker today on my 3500 limited mega night edition drw. Question though, how long after getting my window sticker will they actually ship the truck? Shows my truck was built on 3/20. This time has already been WAY faster than when I ordered a '22 2500 limited NE. Took 6 months just to start building.

I would think you could see it by some time in May

My truck was "completed" by Feb 7ish. I didn't get my sticker til Mar 12. It was released to ship(I assume) on Mar 4 and haven't heard anything since.

It is basically a game of blind darts.

Dealer up here in canada is really bugging me to move my 22 5500 laramie, oddly enough they actually gave me a decent trade in value of 80,000$. I have a hard time making sense of these dealerships..... in November one dealer called and wanted my truck and to get me into a 24... and they only offered me 56 and that was "Top dollar" they said. I obviously passed. Now all of the sudden another dealership is offering me 80k. Maybe has somthing to do with the tariffs? or supply? Anyway there supposed to get back to me today with some timelines and final pricing on a 25 3500 DRW chassis cab laramie. No way i am paying a 25% tariff on it though. Do any of you know if they've started to build 25 chassis cabs yet? or are they still the same body style as the 24s.

Cab chassis should be being built, but I don't believe any have shipped yet. They're the updated body style with a lower-output version of the engine without the DOC on the ass end of the turbo.

Just got an email from my dealer, said it is already on the train and it should be stateside the beginning of the month and then a week or two to get to them. There is still hope I get it by my birthday in mid April! Can't believe how much faster this is than when I ordered in 22.

I have a 4500 Cab n Chassis crew cab level 3 that went into scheduled for production on Jan.25th but it has not shown that it's in production as of yet...

thats good to hear! i assume its the new body style as well ? dealer just got back to me and said chassis cabs were 4-6 months generally at the moment for us

My truck has been sitting in "General Hold" at final rail yard since March 20. Just today the ETA shifted from 3/27 to 4/4. Bummer!

Does anyone know if the tracker on the US website works for orders made from Canada? Canada website doesn’t have a tracker. I recently received my VON from my dealer but tracker on US site says there is no information and to check back later.

My build;
2025 Ram 3500 Laramie CC 6.7L
Granite w/ Night Edition
Level 2 Plus
Clearance lamps / Sunroof
Tow Technology
Auto-level (thanks to recent posters for helping solidify my decision on this option)
Fifth wheel prep

This will be my fourth Ram in a row but my first HD, can’t wait!

I'm not sure if it does or not. I'm in the US and the tracker isn't working for me either. I get that same message as you. Funny thing is. I have my build sheet and window sticker, and my truck is in KZLD status. Maybe you can chat with them on the Mopar owners' site and get an update. Good Luck

The 2024 and 2025 suspension is the same. Everything bolted up from the 24 no issues. The ZF 8 speed and updated Cummins is nice.

Love watching your videos!! I was wondering if you have towed anything yet? I watched a video and on it they said they didn't feel like the j brake worked as good with the new transmission.

Thanks! I’m in Indiana, but has been KZLD (awaiting being loaded on a train) since 2/26. Tracker says vehicle built and that is it. The forum member who has access to the system said that I haven’t been assigned to a train yet.how do we check with this forum member?

Just got the call from my dealer that my truck has ARRIVED. Will pick it up this weekend and share some photos & my experience moving from a 23 to a 25.

I've been tracking with Union Pacific... Trace still shows it as on "General Hold". I guess that system is not always accurate!

Maybe make a thread. Curious about regeneration strategies on the new setup.
