2025 RAM HD Builds and Orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

My 3500 limited mega cab night edition was built on Feb 21 and waiting to be shipped. Today my dealer sent me some good news. The truck is scheduled to arrive at a port in Rhode Island on April 13. I hope this will happen as the wait is rough due to the lack of accurate and timely communication.

2025 ram 3500 drw limited mega cab night edition. Ordered 2/25 confirmed 2/27, in production 3/18 and ETA of 6/9. Hopefully get it a month or so before that. Hopefully by mid April. Would be a great birthday present to myself lol. Anyone who has already gotten their order, how long after starting production until it was on the dealer lot? Hopefully my dealer is right when he said typically 4-6 weeks after built. Hoping more for the 4 weeks tho

It could be as simple as getting paid. The yard will hold onto RAM's trucks until they are paid, or the carrier that is to pick them up might want to be paid... There's more to logistics than just logistics :)
Overall, it seems like things are moving - clumsy as it may look. I just keep checking in, watching reviews, and seeing the other kids get their slice of cake. It will be our turn soon enough.

There's also unions, schedulers, and worker shifts...

Just because a truck shows up in a railhead offload doesn't mean it's going to be unloaded and/or picked up by last mile right away.

FYI on the seats, my Laramie 2 plus has suede on the bolsters of the front buckets.

Laramie has always had that suede since the 19 facelift. Have to see the new seats to determine if it's changed any.

The cloth on the Limited is new.

So this is even more surprising… the Rebel appears to still have full leather. Maybe this “cloth” is super premium? We shall see!

I received an update from dealer today, just now getting a chance to post. He sent me a "vehicle assignment leg detail". So it shows the following. Loaded on a truck on 2/26 at 9:17AM loaded on another truck on 2/26 at 10:57PM, loaded on a rail car 3/19 at 11:32AM. It shows the ETA in Nashville is 4/05.

I don't think I will get it in time for my upcoming trip from TN to Hilton Head, SC. I'm a little sad

My salesman is off on Thursday so I knew I wouldn't get an update today, but I just happen to pull up the tracker this evening and now my tracker says my truck has shipped, so the update I received yesterday must have been accurate. The e-mail I received had a message from a "sales field rep" and it said, "truck is about to hitch a ride on a train bound for Texas". I'm guessing it will probably have to switch trains before it heads to Nashville, TN. Tracker shows truck shipped March 19th with ETA of April 15th. For those that have had their trucks delivered was the ETA on the tracker close or did the truck come in quicker or longer?
Mine says the exact ship and eta dates. Headed to Indiana

Mine will also arrive at the port in Rhod Island so I'm guessing your in the Northeast, what Dealer did you use? Last info I got this past Thursday was mine is KZLD status expected to be loaded on a truck 5/25

I'm in NH and used Foss Motors. My initial delivery date was in mid May but changed to TBD a few weeks ago. It looks like the northeast is showing more trucks in transit lately.

Did you happen to get any type of status? As I said mine is KZLD. Just trying to compare status. My dealer basically told me they are trying to get these trucks out of Mexico as quickly as possible

Oh, and i meant to ask when you put your order in. I ordered 2/24 so mine appears to be moving a lot quicker than the 21 I ordered

Ordered Jan 13. Built Feb 21. Still in KZLD status. I was thinking they wanted them out of Mexico ASAP also but mine has been ready to leave for over a month. I wish I better understood the process and reasons for holding on to built trucks as April 2 tarrif day is closing in.

My Longhorn Mega Cab was ordered Dec 9th scheduled Feb 06, in production Feb 16th, vehicle-built Mar 14th and shipped on March 15th final destination Tucson AZ.

Yeah, I agree. This whole system is a trick to follow. I can't get any updates on any of the systems in this forum. Build sheet or window sticker. Then surprisingly when I stopped at my Dealer Thursday, I got both along with the KZLD status. So far, I can't complain since my order seems to be moving right along unlike some others I see on here. Hopefully it will be worth the wait whenever it all happens.

Agree my 22 sat in a rail car at the Spokane rail yard for just shy of 3 weeks before it was unload, it only had to travel 75 miles to the dealership where they had just 2 days to get it ready for my arrival date to drive it home...

Looks like @Rockman finally got his Mega limited - congratulations btw. For those in the same boat, he was an early mega order that ended up in storage.
He's got a few new videos posted on his channel.

Still waiting on mine. From the information I have been able to put together, it was released to a carrier on March 4. Since then it is lost in Stellantis neverland. Kinda like what happens with packages and the USPS. It went from Mar 25 estimated delivery to Apr 2 yesterday.

Has anyone received their DRW trucks yet?

Think I’ve figured out what’s happening. Trucks getting pumped out of Mexico as quickly as possible to avoid paying for tariffs. Then they have a large stock waiting for shipment in the US. As long as they cross the border I don’t think they are in a huge rush after. Just my opinion.
