I emailed my dealer last night and asked him to contact the regional rep to get more info.
Mines been on order since 12-09-2024 and I am seeing builds much later being on rail to its formal destruction.

Welcome to the Ram build/production process! These issues remind me of the shenanigans that went on when I ordered my '22. Trucks getting built and buried on a lot never to be seen again for weeks, newer orders getting built and shipped before older orders, etc.
It appears that some of these early orders got held up on a storage lot and now the newer orders are shipping out first.
All I have to say is to have patience, it took over six months for my '22 to get to my dealer after putting the order in, most of these trucks will get delivered much faster than that.

I feel for you all. I put my order in Feb 24th. I received an email Feb 26th that my order was confirmed. As of today when I check status all I get is, There’s currently no information about your vehicle available. Please check again later.

Thought I’d just put my details in here for those interested in tracking. Ordered 2025 Ram 2500 Laramie Crew 4x4 on Dec 13, scheduled Dec 19, in production Jan 17, Built Feb 23, prepped for shipping and shipping listed TBD. My original delivery date was March 29, then went to TBD, and today shows March 13th and finally today the window sticker showed up.

Hope this helps with some of the waiting anxiety for some of you!
Truck has arrived at dealership. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to pick it up until next Monday, but I will give an update Monday evening.

Also, I checked, my dealership has ONLY the one that I ordered. Nothing else has shown up.

I've had several delivery dates but still saying March 24th for over a week now. Fingers crossed

Did it ever go to “shipped” status?

Yes, less than a week ago. That’s when the delivery date went from the 13th to the 10th, but then suddenly it went to TBD for about three days, then it was at the dealership
But the entire red timeline banner was completed less than a week ago. And I received an email saying it had shipped—but that was in a follow up to an FCA customer care request, not the dealership or the automatic tracker.1741708544916.jpeg1741708544916.jpeg

I’m in Ohio and it had to go to, I believe Tennessee by rail and then ground transport to Southern Ohio area
Thanks! I’m in Indiana, but has been KZLD (awaiting being loaded on a train) since 2/26. Tracker says vehicle built and that is it. The forum member who has access to the system said that I haven’t been assigned to a train yet.

My experience is The dealer system, nor the tracker really keeps up with what is happening. Every time I query the dealer on where the truck was or what was happening. It was inevitably incorrect. Every time the tracker told me something. It was at least three days or so behind. Even right now the tracker says TBD Instead of delivered.

Yeah, i would agree. I'm in Indiana as well....just spoke with my dealer who was shocked to see it had shipped, as his system still showed it scheduled a few days ago. He looked it up, and mine should be in Nashville on or around the 27th...ETA to him on 4/3 at the earliest. Even he acknowledged that the system is probably best used as a "Best Guess" tool....not something to swear by.

it was quite different over 3 years ago when I ordered a RAM 1500 and it was built in Sterling Heights. The amount of info on the build and delivery were just stellar! I think the problem is more one of infrastructure support at the Mexican site and the customer comms are just not a priority. Still, my build in total from order to delivery was just under 90 days. Good luck to all

Ah, yes. It is so comforting to watch orders that were put in almost two months after yours get shipped out while yours sits in Mexico. No equipment list or window sticker as the truck is still "In Production". According to my dealer it has been complete and in storage since 2/8. Five weeks and counting now of sitting. It is solid inventory management to let millions of dollars of SOLD product sit for months and months. NOT.

If it makes you guys feel better I was was just moved to TBD today after delivery date moved a bunch of times and was sitting at March 24th for 2 weeks, I guess I just have to be patient!

Seems to be some correlation with early mega cab orders. Anyone have a "Situation Normal" state for a mega cab?
I tried pulling stickers for other orders but I suspect RAM is wise to data collection and I might have been getting blocked. Regardless I kept getting errors on various window stickers for RAM mega cabs - perhaps indicative of the problem, more so than deliberate blocking.

For all the early guys waiting still I feel for you. Here's my RHO order still not at the dealer. I decided to get the 2500 after the transmission change and will have it first still probably.
