I signed up for updates when I received my order confirmed email. My scheduled email came to my inbox about 24 hours before it showed on web.

I went through my dealer, and he never mentioned the email option. Thanks.
 
Placed my order on 1-16, confirmed on 1-17 along with a vin#. As of today no movement. Now that tariffs had supposedly been implemented today, will build be suspended if not will delivery be delayed and will dealer stay with price agreed on at the time order was placed. My build:2025 tradesman, 12 inch screen, Blake interior, rubber floor mats, spray in bed liner and power wagon package. Any thoughts?

I wish I could do the tracking Americans get … 2500s are built in Mexico so hoping I’m safe from tariffs but shipping from Mexico to Canada I’m a bit worried about current economic conditions

I am pretty sure I registered an account on ramtrucks.com after I had ordered the truck. Once I had an account I linked my order number to it. I can verify that I received and email update on the vehicle status change one day before the order tracker showed the update. Then a day later I received a text regarding the same status change. The system clearly isn't on the same page, but some information is better then none. Also, just so everyone is aware, the same kind of software discrepancies occurred while I was placing my order at the dealer. As I was going through available options with the dealer on his system, I wasn't able to select the flat painted running boards for the build until I had the dealer select the options in a specific order. The dealer had to play with the program. We tried it multiple ways with the same options and when selected in the right sequence, options became available. Ultimately my Wife talked me into the level 2 plus that comes with power side steps, so all that was for not. The only other issue i had was the price, but it is what it is.

Order went in 1/22/25, confirmed 1/23, was scheduled in the production queue 1/30. I contacted the dealer 2/1 to see if there was any information on his end, he texted me that there is now an estimated ship date of 2/14/2025. So, I have not taken delivery, but i am hopeful at this pace it won't be long.

as I posted, ordered and was confirmed on1/16/25, received a vin # on1/17/25. This was the only confirmation I have received so far. 2025 2500 tradesman with power wagon package.
 
I stand corrected. Received confirmation andvin # on the same day I ordered it. 1/16/25

none of this is going to matter unless they solve this 25% tariff. Sales of ram trucks will pretty much all halt I wonder if ram is going to even hold or slow production until this are worked out?
 
It's so bad looking it has me wondering if I should buy a GMC/Ford HD truck or used RAM and stop waiting on the RAM 2025 order.

I'll at least wait a week and see if anything is announced.
 
Ordered on 1/8, confirmed 1/16, and scheduled in production queue 1/22. Woke up this morning and is showing In Production 1/31/25. Estimated delivery 4/5/25.

But I didn't receive the email update as I did on the last two steps.

You know you would end up being angry at yourself. Beside, have you seen the interior of the GMC? Also, can you see yourself in the shop with the cab off the Ford? Lol
