2025 Ram 5500 Parked! Update

Truck has been out of service for a month today! FCA Customer Care has not responded other than to gather initial information. Ram sent a new part that arrived last Monday only for that part to be defective too! Can’t make this stuff up!!! Hard to believe that someone would not test that part before sending across 3 countries. Hard to believe this is the vision that Tim Kuniski has for Ram trucks coming from SRT background. Lost revenue and addition expenses is equal to 1/3 the value of this truck as it sits out behind dealership during the most aggressive depreciation period of it existence
Another failed delivery date! Now Feb.19
Tomorrow will be be 81 days and it’s also the delivery date of my part. Will it really happen?
81 days
1944 hrs
116640 minutes
6998400 seconds

No word on how Ram is gonna make it right….

Wait and see I guess

Here we are….2/20….what happened?!

I’d be asking for a new truck as well. Canadian Lemon Law? Is it a thing?

The part missed the plane is what I was told, An inanimate object missed the plane!!!! You just can’t make this up. We don’t have a lemon law in Canada. Very limited options in this case. Still giving Ram the opportunity to make it right

You sir are very patient. Props there.

Ridiculous is my take. Your dealership needs to do better. A local manager has to grow a pair and make this right. Take the part off another truck. Buy the truck back. Whatever. Make it right.

The dealership that has it has been great, with no part there wasn’t much they could do. That truck is rare here without special order. It was a 2 year wait if ordered, found truck on a lot in Saskatchewan, put the deal together through dealer in Ontario to avoid tax confusion, had deck installed in Saskatchewan and Upfitter delivered it within 5 mile of my house, all done via phone and online, an incredible amount of trust in all parties involved and it was seamless. Then here we are
