Figure on 3 tire rotations in the life of the tires with these solid front axles. With the HD Terrain tires that can be cut down to 2, but even those will cup eventually. Just the nature of the beast.

I’ve got nearly 50k miles on my Wildpeak AT3W, rotated every 10k. Still have probably 5-10k left in them.

22 psi., but I’d go a little lower if necessary.
I’ve got the metric 35s on 17-inch Method wheels with the bead grip rims. The bead grip works well - just ask the guys at Discount Tire what it takes to unseat them.
