Those are 35 inch Mickeys. I am thinking 37s with some Black Rhino Arsenal wheelsLooking good.
Need some 35s on it.![]()
I just put a set of 35-inch Mickey T Baja Boss AT tires on my PW. What made you change your mind about them?I ran 35 micky Baja Boss on my PW. Loved them till I didn't
Want to go 37s, but not sure I'll like the overall truck height.
Pretending I didn't hear that: fingers in ears, nanananananananananaaaa! Not sure if it was tires or suspension parts wore out. But the cupped really bad and got noise.
Running Kenda Klever RTs now. So far, I like them.

I have the Baja's on my truck now, no issues, they sound like truck tires going down the road and no cupping with 15k on them.IIRC, Crusty was running the MT, not the AT.
Thanks for that info! I'm running the Mickey Thompson Baja Boss AT - hopefully they wear well. For my use, the AT is going to be better. Too many road miles to go with the MT tire. Besides, these AT tires are very much a "hybrid" tire (AT/MT), so they should give me enough traction for the trails I run.IIRC, Crusty was running the MT, not the AT.
Odd that you keep having cupping issues.Nope, Micky Thompson Baja Boss AT .
Even before the cupping issue, I started getting more road noise out of them at about 20K miles.
But my Kendas are starting to do the same. Granted I need to rotate and balance them.
Ah ok. I was worried it was the same problem again. I remember the hassle you went through last time. Not having cupping issues now, just more road noise than when I got them. Just need to rebalance them and rotate. Been about 10K since I last balanced them.
Yea, it better not come back. Only thing I didn't replace was balljoints and hub bearings. But I got a feeling I'll be replacing hub bearings before too long. 85K miles on her now.Ah ok. I was worried it was the same problem again. I remember the hassle you went through last time.
With a high-quality tire like a Mickey Thompson, tire cupping is usually not a "tire-problem" but is a consequence of something else: worn suspension components, unbalanced tires, bad alignment, or improper tire inflation. Any chance you are dealing with one of those things?Nope, Micky Thompson Baja Boss AT .
