2023 Ram HD Builds and orders - Post and discuss your TRUCK order here! ** NEW USERS READ POST #1 **

My 2500 Big Horn Crew Cab Long Box's estimated delivery date was originally January 22. It finally shipped on February 7 and the delivery date is now March 13. Just to give you an idea of how off that delivery date can actually be.
I’ve also seen some of the delivered trucks come in much earlier than the estimated delivery dates. I think it’s all based on availability of transport upon completion

AND THE HITS JUST KEEP ON HITTING...UGH!

I just went to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) website (https://www.nhtsa.gov/recalls) and ran my VIN for my truck sitting at the outside vendor and --------------- wait for it --------------- it is affected by the latest heater grid relay recall! And according to the NHTSA recall, there is "...no remedy yet available."

How hard is it to get a working relay...they are pretty basic...it has to be a "bad batch" thing.

Why not, there was a bad batch of 67 million airbags.
I guess semantics. I would call that more then one batch....

Also it's more then likely they used the wrong size relay that cant handle the current or something not a manufacturing defect. But idk

A bad batch of 300,000+ relays?

I figure it is 300, 000+ relays that will be manufactured in China. China will use a spy balloon for delivery and delivery speed will depend on either atmospheric winds, or, if we shoot it down first :D

More time in the shop. Mine hit with the engine and relay on top of the trans, nut, and tailgate...can you say hangar queen

I'm a week behind you on order date but not even scheduled yet.
I've read reports of Granite paint color being an issue but can't remember where I saw it. I really wanted that green but had to make the wife happy.
Hopefully when mine starts it will move as quickly as yours is
No getting around the way. Mine was color, it had to have power running boards, and a place for her furry kids!:)

Your showing with aux switches checked. How the heck did you get aux switches added? I was of the understanding it was not an option for the pw.
